Murray Drilling Company can help in pump sizing and selection for a variety of applications from domestic to industrial. We can also help in locating repair parts for a variety of pump brands. Our service crews are very knowledgeable and very conscientious of the type of work they perform and we would welcome the opportunity to work with you.
Murray Drilling Company does not offer 24 hour or Weekend Service. Simply put, we tried it and it doesn't work. We found that if a pump required pulling we have to wait until the next business day as 1 person cannot safely pull the pump by himself or if a part was needed that we didn't have our suppliers are not open, so we would again have to wait until the next business day. We hear from many customers on Monday mornings that paid for emergency service but had to wait until Monday or even later for the problem to be corrected. We feel it was not fair to charge for emergency service calls when 99% of the time nothing could be done until the next business day anyway.
HOWEVER, “No Water” calls do take priority. Simply leave a voice mail message and your call will be
returned the next business morning beginning at 7:30 a.m.
Calls are returned in the order they are received and scheduled as we go. Please note that if you don't answer we leave a message (if possible), then move on to the next call. Depending on when we hear back from a person, service will be scheduled for the next available time slot (which could be the next day or two).
